LONDON, England (CNN)—Melbourne
and Vancouver are the best cities in the world for expatriates
to live in, according to a survey by the Economist Intelligence
Unit. |

other natural assets have once again helped earn Vancouver a
ranking close to the top of an index of
the world's most livable cities. Not only is Whistler the
top ski resort destination in North America, but Vancouver has
once again
been named the second most livable city in the world, just
behind Zurich, Switzerland. |
